For the first time in our history, ekirtS is extending beyond a single location. A new management node is being established in the Nahariya area of northern Israel — its precise coordinates kept, as always, to ourselves.

For years ekirtS has run from a single site we have never named and do not intend to. That deliberate quiet has served us — and the people who rely on us — well. But a single point on a map, however well defended, is still a single point. Growth, resilience, and the work ahead all asked the same question: where next?

The answer is the Western Galilee. In the countryside around Nahariya, a second node is rising — purpose-built for storage and long-horizon management at a scale we have never attempted before. The region's exact location stays undisclosed, as does the origin we are expanding from. What is no longer secret is the intent: ekirtS now spans two nodes, not one.

The facility

A storage unit built for the long horizon.

At the heart of the new node is a single, deliberately oversized storage and management facility. Where our origin site was shaped by the constraints of the place it grew up in, this one was designed from a blank page — every metre of it laid out for capacity, continuity, and the kind of headroom that lets us stop worrying about tomorrow and start planning for the decade after it.

It is not a warehouse in any ordinary sense. It is a managed environment: climate-stable, power-redundant, and instrumented end to end, so that everything held inside it can be tracked, maintained, and accounted for without a single manual touch. The building is the point. Everything else is plumbing.

Why it matters

What a second node unlocks.

Real capacity headroom

The new facility was sized for what we expect to hold years from now, not what we hold today. For the first time, capacity stops being a ceiling and starts being a runway.

Two-node redundancy

A single site is a single risk. With origin and Nahariya operating in tandem, continuity no longer depends on any one place staying perfectly available.

Regional reach

The Western Galilee places us closer to ground we could only reach at a distance before. Proximity changes what we can manage, and how quickly we can do it.

Extended management

Storage is only half of it. The node is wired for active oversight — monitoring, maintenance, and decision-making carried out on site rather than relayed back to a distant origin.

Designed, not inherited

Our origin grew into its space. This one was drawn for its purpose from the first line — instrumented, redundant, and laid out the way we would do it if we could start over. We could, so we did.

Quiet by design

Expanding does not mean exposing. The new node is named by its region and nothing finer. Discretion has always been part of the architecture — that does not change because the map did.

The rollout

How the node comes online.

  1. Phase 0

    Site secured

    A location in the Nahariya area was identified, assessed, and acquired. The region is public; the parcel is not. Groundwork planning began the same quarter.

  2. Phase 1

    Structure rising

    The shell of the storage facility is being built now — foundations, frame, and the envelope that will hold a climate-stable interior. This is the phase you can see from the road, if you knew which road.

  3. Phase 2

    Systems & fit-out

    Power redundancy, climate control, monitoring, and the internal management layer go in. The building stops being a structure and starts being a node.

  4. Phase 3

    Pairing & activation

    Nahariya is brought into step with the origin node, redundancy is verified end to end, and the facility takes on live load. Two nodes, operating as one.
